What’s Vaping? This is a term sometimes used to spell it out what most non-smokers think of as smoking, but is really just a modification of what’s called smoking. An electric cigarette is simply an electric device which simulates smoking tobacco. It usually includes a battery, an electrical power source just like a cigarette battery, and a glass or plastic tube just like a cartridge or sock.
Rather than smoke, the smoker inhales vapour instead. As with tobacco smoke, vapour from electric cigarettes is carcinogenic (cancer causing). Inhaling vapors is just as harmful to your lungs as sucking in tobacco smoke. But, since electric cigarettes do not directly inhale the smoke that gets into the lungs, they are safe for long term use. As such, using an electronic cigarette frequently is often referred to as “vaping” rather than “smoking”.
Another difference between a cigarette and an e Cigarette is that most usually do not contain nicotine. Nicotine is addictive and smokers will attempt to give up on cigarettes to avoid the addiction, but they cannot. There is always another “high” or “rush” to replace the “hit” from smoking. Also, when you stop smoking, you might notice some difficulty getting over the withdrawal symptoms such as cravings, irritability, depression, anxiety, etc. These symptoms tend to be worse than the pain of nicotine withdrawals. Therefore, even though you are able to quit on your own, you would still must be supervised by a healthcare professional such as your doctor.
So, what’s Vaping? Many people utilize the term “juul” to describe what is essentially vaporising everything you are inhaling, but the two words have many other meanings. For example, when I say “juul”, I am not only discussing the liquid you’ll inhale. I am also referring to the specific fruit, vegetable, or grain that the fruit, vegetable, or grain is. In cases like this, you are “juicing” what you are eating or drinking, but you are not actually eating it. The same could be said for the liquid that happens of the bottle or packet: it isn’t the juice, but rather what is inside.
E-Cigarettes can be found in a variety of flavours such as fruity, citrus, chocolate, mints, along with other delicious combinations. Because they usually do not contain nicotine, they’re considered much safer than their counterparts, which are much like cigarettes with regard to addiction and health risks. They are also much easier to maintain than a cigarette because you can find no pesky tar and toxic chemicals to cope with, which means you don’t have to keep taking the dreaded inhaler or patch. However, these benefits come at a cost.
Many vapers claim that the electronic cigarette can replace smoking completely. Inhaling the vapour from your e cigarette has the exact same effect as smoking; you feel no difference in your lungs at all. So, what is the difference between vaporizing and smoking? Once you smoke a cigarette, you’re inhaling tons of harmful chemical along with other matter into your lungs, that is basically what smoking is. With a vaporizing device, you are only inhaling the vapour and not consuming any nasty stuff into the body.
That is important because many Puff Bar Flavors studies have been conducted on what is being consumed by non-smokers when they use the cigarettes. It had been found that the chemicals and substances found in e cigarette vapor are highly bad for human brain development. This is surprising because when non-smokers were subjected to similar levels of substances, their brain didn’t develop any adverse effects. However, when they were subjected to even higher levels of these substances, their brains did show signs of stress and damage. This means these vapors are doing more harm than good to mind development.
So last but not least, what is vaporizing? It is basically causing more injury to the lungs then what’s breathed in through passive smoking. Since there is still much controversy surrounding vaporizers, I would definitely advise people to avoid them and use something safer like an electronic cigar.
